- Flutter 3.38.1
- Rust 1.86.0 (for cargo-ndk and upcoming flutter_libepiccash)
- Install Flutter before Android Studio
- Clarify SDK Tools location
- Update Ubuntu version in WSL2
or at least before the later android studio section mentions it
